A steady warmup will continue through Tuesday with highs reaching the mid 70s. Chances of rain start Wednesday and last to at least Saturday. A cold front will push through the area but is not expected to be from the Arctic region, so temperatures will only be slightly below normal with highs in the mid-60s.
