182 more coronavirus cases reported in Williamson County; total at 7,330

Williamson County has reported a daily increase of 182 known coronavirus cases on Friday, bringing the total number to 7,330.

The total number of cases includes 102 deaths and 5,896 estimated recoveries as of Friday. There have been a total of 50,303 tests performed in the county, with a daily average positivity rate of 7.96%.

Round Rock had the most confirmed cases in the county on Friday with 2,250. Georgetown had the second-highest number of confirmed cases with 1,223 cases.

The number of people who have died is now calculated by using death certificates, which can take from one to three weeks to be processed.
