A 21-year-old man has been accused by police of exchanging drugs for sex with a 16-year-old, according to court documents.

Antonio De Luna, who lives in Hutto, was questioned by investigators back in July after officials received information about the incident, an arrest warrant affidavit said.

De Luna, who was 20 at the time of the investigation, admitted to investigators during questioning that he met the teen on the fourth floor of a parking garage on Easy Wind Drive in North Austin in May, the affidavit said.

Investigators said they found Snapchat messages between De Luna and the teen, scheduling the meeting in the garage, where police said the man traded five tabs of acid for oral sex, according to the affidavit.

Investigators contacted the teen’s mother after De Luna’s admission and informed her of the allegations. The mother then learned about the sexual assault from the teen.

De Luna told investigators he believed the teen was 17 during the time of the incident, the affidavit said.

De Luna, who was charged with a second-degree felony for sexual assault of a child, was not in Travis County Jail on Wednesday, online records show.
