Pflugerville police searching for shooting suspect

Pflugerville police are searching for a suspect they say shot and injured a man Saturday night at a house in the city.

The unidentified suspect fled the scene, police said. The wounded man was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for minor injuries.

Police responded to a shots fired call in the 800 block of Cactus Bend Drive near Heatherwilde Boulevard and Wells Branch Parkway around 8:45 p.m.

The investigation is ongoing, but police say there's no threat to the general public at this time.
